The Zircon Swiss Bow-Watch-Tie is a handcrafted luxury bow tie with a Swiss watch at its centre. It unites haute couture and haute horlogerie – an accessory for men who want to make a statement on special occasions without being loud.
How it works
A CNC-milled, gold-plated holder plate joins the watch firmly to the bow tie. The watch sits where the knot of a classic bow tie would be and is immediately visible to others – time becomes part of your appearance.
Inside is a Swiss ETA 978.002 quartz movement: accurate (±10 to 20 seconds per month), silent and with around three years of battery life.
Materials
The case is solid brass with 10 µ gold plating; the bezel is faceted zirconium dioxide ceramic with 1, 3 or 12 facets. A sapphire crystal protects the black or gold dial.
The bow tie itself is made of Italian silk from the Como region, cut and sewn by hand. Every piece comes in a wooden case with a certificate of authenticity.

Heritage
Zircon Swiss is a brand of Black Pearl Zircon SA from Biel/Bienne, listed in the commercial register since 1987. Its origins lie in the work of Marc Lederrey, a pioneer of the ceramic watch. Today Markus, David and Kyrollos Istafanous run the company and join this heritage with the idea of the Bow-Watch-Tie.
